small continuous snacks all day long is a good technique too but I think the DRIP is better for two reasons. 1. it ensures the perfect mix of protein and carbs every time you take a sip. 2. it's very easy and convenient so you're more likely to do it. I think you'll have to be careful not to drink to much though.

Josh,

You are an inspiration to me and I'm sure everyone here in the club. Just as you are struggling to keep up with these domestic pro's, I'm sure we would be having just as hard of a time keeping up with you! Any club member here who races I'm sure is working their butt's off trying to even think about reaching your level.....I know I am. So everything is relative my friend.....don't quit....never give up....keep reaching for your goals.

Signed up for the Men's Cat 3 race. It will be my first time and I'm so excited to do ot too! Hope to meet some of you up there too.
