1. I WANT PERFORMANCE: You don't need to convince me to ride, I'm already hooked and want more results from my time. I want to get on the bike and have a workable format that delivers performance results.
2. I WANT LEVELS: I am confident in my ability on the bike, but I want to begin work on the little things like core, back, power, efficiency. I want layers of fitness that allows me to go to the next level of what my body can do.
3. CHALLENGE ME: I want workout and rides that challenge me and allow me to progress without getting stale. I want markers of where I'm weak, where I'm strong, and where I can improve. I wanna go fast!
4. GOAL FOCUSED: I want to show up for my major events, races, and group rides with more energy, fitness, and strength so I can achieve my goals, motivate my ambition, and look for new things to achieve on and off the bike. I want focus!
