As an Avid Cyclist I want to...
1. Ignite my metabolism to burn more fat, and add more lean (strong) muscle. I wanna get leaner!
2. Increase my core strength, durability, stamina, and recovery so I can ride at my best--everyday!
3. Prepare my fitness for improved performance for an upcoming event, century, race or challenging goal I have set to achieve. I want to do better!
4. Overcome one of my weaknesses (i.e. climbing, time trialing, technique) and improve it through proper focused training for immediate results on the bike.
5. Get into my weekend group rides and hammer it out at the front and feel great at the end!
