Why Do You Ride?TM
1. GET MORE FIT/LEANER: I'm a beginner (two years or less) and looking for more fitness in less time with a fun training format to guide me into becoming a stronger, leaner, faster rider.
2. FUN, BUT GET BETTER: I'm a recreational rider who rides for fitness, fun, weight loss, and socialization with friends. This is something I love, no matter how quickly or slowly I move... But, of course I'd like to get better;)
3. I'VE GOT A GOAL! I'm a goal oriented beginner rider who has set goals for MS rides, charity rides, or an upcoming century or event (maybe even a race) and I want to show up fit so I can have more fun.
4. I'M EXCITED TO IMPROVE: Although cycling is new for me, I have fallen in love with it already and want to explore new possibilities of what I can do, where I can go, and how good I can feel. I'm hungry for more!

As a Beginner...
1. I want to Drop Body-Fat and Get Fit through Proper Training and Nutrition--with a workable format.
2. I want to Build my Strength and Endurance for my favorite solos, group rides, charity events and centuries. I need some work.
3. I want to Improve My Bike Skills and Techniques so that, when I get on the bike, I can feel the improvements and ride with more skilled riders with confidence.
4. I want to stay consistent with my cycling and need a format that allows me to build my fitness without dominating my life.
5. I want to NOT fall off the back on group rides!
6. I want to do 4-5 QUALITY workouts per week
