What is an Everyday Cyclist?
An Everyday Cyclist is any individual who loves to ride the bike on an ongoing basis with a desire to improve - someone that uses the bike as a way to get more health, fitness, and performance from everyday life.
An Everyday Cyclist is not defined by level of fitness, experience, or body-fat--but rather by a passion to ride for self-challenge and growth.
As an Everyday Cyclist, no matter why you ride, you have to balance the demands of your life, parenthood, job, and all the things that encompass you, everyday. At the same time, you're able to extract the most benefit from your cycling passion, whatever that may mean to you.
