1. A Weak Core and Foundation of Strength.

THE RESULT: When the core is weak, the body is not functional and as a result you will not be as effective on the bike in the hills, on the flats and for long rides. You will slowly fatigue and breakdown. The good news, is that this is a QUICK FIX in Cyclo-CLUB!
