by Cyclo-CLUB Owner, Graeme Street

"How to Revolutionize Your Same Old Group Rides Into New Opportunities for Personal Growth, Fitness, and Cycling Fulfillment that Will Make Every Ride You Do Feel New Again."

Artist Note: A friend of mine from Facebook, Charlotte Hegler sent me this fantastic piece of art as a gift for Cyclo-CLUB membership. If you love to ride and you love art--check her out!

Dear Fellow Everyday Cyclist & Club Member,

Do you like group rides? Who doesn't! They are such a great opportunity to test yourself, challenge your fitness, and be around the other cyclists that share your passion.

I think group rides are one of the best things in cycling. But, there are a few Group Ride PRO's, CON's and SUGGESTIONS to Get More from Every Group Ride You do--GUARANTEED.

Listen to today's Everyday Cyclist Podcast and try out just one or two of the suggestions I offer from experience and I bet your very next group ride, may be the breakthrough you've been waiting for.

Ride Hard. Love Your Group. Get More Results!

Wondering if helping another Everyday Cyclist (like I challenge us all to do) is important? Read this please...

Hi Graeme;

I really appreciate that you dropped back and helped me get back to Guilford on Saturday.  I was really hurting.  Even my arms hurt.  I knew that I had issues when we crossed over Rte 148.  Weis-Albert was hell.  You were right when you said that I had too many layers of clothing on.   I was too out of it to understand some of the other comments you made.  I've had bonking experiences several times over the years.

I'm going to join the club.  I'd like to get a better handle on the diet and energy management.  Over the last few years, two hours or 40 miles was about all I could do without cramping up in races.  A fresh approach to the training  routines I'm doing is sure to help.

I've already taken a quick look at the website.  This week I should have some time to join and pick a module to get started.  If you have any specific recommendation for now, please let me know.

 Thanks,

Mark Czarnecki
