Big Cycling Event Coming Up? Prioritize Your Fuel...

Most Everyday Cyclists place too much priority on training before a big event, but have a tendency to BOTCH their nutrition and arrive, just short of feeling their best. (frustrating)

TIP: To perform at your best the day of the big event, you MUST strategize your wholesome, balanced nutrition for days, weeks, and even months in advance--not just the day of the event. (big mistake!)

Big Ride Nutrition Tips:

TIP 1: Increase the consumption of wholesome, balanced foods during your day and remove the "junk" that holds you back. When possible, utilize organic foods and raw veggies for thermogenic effects.

TIP 2: Utilize the CF menu plan templates (fat-loss, maintenance, and performance) for your short term and long term goals. Rotate when necessary. Advised to use maintenance/performance in the final 1-2 weeks for most cyclists.

TIP 3: Use the CF Grocery List and Cookbook included in the program for quick, simple, and balanced recipe ideas to guarantee success.

TIP 4: Refer to our CF Supplement Secrets for pre-ride, in-ride and post-ride fueling as well as our club's recent "supplement rotation secrets".
