A Quick and Simple Guide for Getting Started with Cyclo-CORE Training and Nutrition Programs

Dear Fellow Everyday Cyclist,

Firstly, I want you to understand that Cyclo-CORE is a dynamic set of training and nutrition DVD's, CD's and programs that are aligned to help all cyclists, of all fitness levels, and of all cycling categories improve dramatically on the bike.

If you've just fallen in love with the bike and are looking for fast ways to improve your cycling strength, fitness, and maybe drop a few extra pounds then I recommend either my QUICKSTART FIT KIT or my CYCLO-CORE BEGINNER KIT.

If you want quick, simple and easy results in about 15 minutes, twice a week then go with the Cyclo-CORE QUICKSTART KIT. It has a little bit of everything that Cyclo-CORE has to offer in a quick, simple, all-in-one training program.

If you ride for more than just basic fitness, but more for the thrill of the challenge of taking your bike and your body to new places, then you're probably an AVID Cyclist. No one needs to convince you to get out on the bike. You LOVE IT!

Most of my Cyclo-CORE customer base falls into this category or riding. It's a fairly wide range of cyclists that do a variety of different types of cycling.
