The Bored Tortoise Richard is back on the road to fitness, targeting weightloss, several triathlon events, and the LiveStrong Challenge Philly 2009 in under 5 hours!
James' Everyday Cyclist Challenge James is focused on nutrition and weight loss, documenting his workouts and food choices along the way to keep himself honest and focused.
Ride Blessed After her short-term goal -first ever half-Ironman - Colleen will focus on high-intensity workouts, recovery, and core strength!
Moments of Glory Darren has taken aim with a sniper's rifle: "to increase my Threshold or 30 minute Time Trial average wattage by 15 watts in 4 weeks."

Cyclo-cross Season 2008 TexasTutt is ready to tackle the Masters cyclocross season in Ontario. He's working on sprints, time management, and technical skills.
Sahara Sarah's Challenge Sarah has her sights firmly fixed on the Lake Mead, NV River Mountain Trails Ride.
Bike Back to Life Bill's blog is a "saga of a guy who lost himself along the way and is working on getting himself back to move forward in life." He currently weighs 298, but aims for 225 by May!
