Here is my simple advice for all new members...
1. NEW TO CYCLO-CORE & THE CLUB:If you are new to Cyclo-CORE Training and the CLUB, I recommend downloading the Cyclo-CORE On the Go Training 4 Circuits FIRST! It's included in your membership and is a great way to get results fast. If you like, simply pick two to three of these workouts and add them to your normal routine for the first two weeks. Take the rest of the time to begin learning new materials in the club.
2. USER OF CYCLO-CORE, NEW TO THE CLUB:
If you are more experienced with Cyclo-CORE training, but new to the CLUB, I recommend going right to the 7 Day Fat Loss BOOTCAMP, even if you don't have a lot of 'fat' to lose. Think of it like an accelerated booster rocket for both your fitness and for your club membership use.
DAILY & WEEKLY: Refer to the Weekly Agenda for new info, tips, features, etc. Not all the info in the weekly agenda will be of interest to you. I serve all types of cyclists and have a wide array of info. Pull out what you like. Think of it like a newspaper.
BASIC MEMBERSHIP: I designed basic membership to be a value membership that has access to most of the weekly updates, tips, info, workouts, etc but with limited download ability. This is for the protection of the club content, not to 'block you'. If you want ALL the info in the club, then consider upgrading to platinum level membership.
PLATINUM ACCESS UNLIMITED: I want to remind everyone that Platinum Level has access to all club downloads, plans, videos, features, etc. There is over $1200 in downloadable materials for platinum level. Please, if you want access to everything, go platinum.
If you have questions, POST THEM IN THE FORUMS!! I have moderators that are willing to assist.
If you have computer problems, please post your questions. I am doing all I can, but helping people learn how to work their computers simply isn't the kind of time I have available. Post.
