How to fit more natural to your bike in one simple adjustment...

While some component manufacturers are just getting the idea on how to add comfort to Road Brake Levers, here's a simple tip that can help older models be more comfortable, with a few minor adjustments on your part. Try it and then go for a test ride.

If you cannot view the video, then we suggest doing these steps.

1. After loosening the brake levers on your handlebars, twist the levers very slightly inward to gain a better hand and wrist position. You only need to bring them in subtly and allow your natural position to appear.

2. Do this step on both brake levers. This will allow our bike to better mimic how our hands naturally move and hang at rest.

3. Make sure you re-tighten the brake levers after adjustment.

4. Get out on the bike and TEST how you feel. You still may need to make some adjustments.

5. If it still does not feel natural, try raising or lowering the brake hoods a millimeter or two and see if that helps. Some cyclists will ride better with a slightly elevated brake hood. Some. TEST!
