Graeme's "Quick Release Tips":
TIP #1 If you have several "tight areas" and need lots of work, use the full Cyclo-SECRETS Advanced Myofascial Release workout (25 minutes) 1-2x per week on recovery days for a one month period.
TIP #2 If you want to attack your "tight areas" more often, refer to the Cyclo-RELEASE IN 5' workout every evening along with Cyclo-LOOSE for a powerful and effective 10 minute workout.

TIP #3 Attack your "tight areas" more than non tight areas, even if it's not symetrical on each side. 1 minute on one side and possible up to 4-5 minutes on the extra tight side. Refer to Cyclo-SECRETS for all techniques.
TIP #4 For advanced users, try using the Cyclo-RELEASE IN 5' workout BEFORE you get on the bike and in the evening, try using the Cyclo-BREATH training from SECRETS as you do the RELEASE workout of your choice.
